Email us first and we will do our best to make things right. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may have to drop off the package at your nearest shipping depot (we will let you know). Once the package has come back, you will receive your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of shipping the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. We refund via whatever method you paid with. Do note, if being refunded by credit card, it can take the processor to refund the money, even if we have initiated it on our end.
