USHi, It was delivered with nothing broken, to my house. The only thing I would recommend is that I wish you had included a barbell for around extra $50. I had to get a barbell from Amazon.com.
US USTL;DR: Great price, great customer service, poor packing job. Overall the ordering experience was great and customer service was easy, intuitive, and hassle-free. The issues came with shipping. I ordered the 335-lb grip plate set and barbell bundle. The shipping times were what I expected based on notes on the site about understandable delays during a pandemic. The 2.5#, 5#, and 10# plate boxes were fine. The 25# and one of the 35# boxes had tape giving out (tears and stretching). The 45# boxes had tape completely split, and one box had dog-eared corners/creasing around the plate. The plates are all in great shape and within a +/- 2% tolerance. The tape was clear packing tape with no filaments. The barbell tube had one end flapping and the other end gone. Both sleeve ends had scuffs through the black cerakote. I was also sent the wrong bar, a cerakote utility instead of the zinc utility. I've already contacted customer service about getting the wrong bar, and the matter is resolved to my satisfaction. I will probably buy more plates down the line.
