Our Story
Meet Bells of Steel
Bells Of Steel was founded in 2010 by Kaevon Khoozani, a rugby/weightlifting/strongman junkie, that wanted to provide his small network of fitness enthusiasts in Calgary access to strength equipment. With the money he had made as a bouncer at the Calgary Stampede and Commonwealth bar, he dove into the world of e-commerce and began selling kettlebells and bumper plates.
Over the years, he slowly dedicated more and more time to this side hustle and continued sharing his passion and products with the growing strength community. In 2018, Bells Of Steel opened their own warehouse in Calgary and hired their very first employees. The following year, they officially launched in the U.S. with a location in Indianapolis.
The pandemic in 2020 took the company on a whirlwind of wins and challenges, with sales and demand skyrocketing. The small team of 7 survived the tsunami and set their sights on riding this amazing wave.
By March 2022, the team had grown to over 50 employees with warehouses and showrooms in Calgary, Toronto, and Indianapolis. With headquarters in Calgary, Bells Of Steel is thrilled to let the gainz begin for fitness enthusiasts across North America and one day, the world.

We’re piloting a new program for Edmontonians! Free 2 day pick up for orders of $1,500 or more & here’s how it works:
- Spend $1,500 or more to qualify and at checkout select “Edmonton free pick up” for your shipping method.
- We’ll ship your order to the Day & Ross freight depot located at13050-156th Street NW Edmonton, AB T5V 0A7. It'll arrive in about 5-7 business days.
- Day & Ross will call you when your order arrives and you must pick it up at the terminal within 2 days of the arrival date.
- The terminal hours are Mon-Fri: 10am-5pm
- If your order isn’t picked up, Day and Ross will charge you a $50 per day storage cost.
