Designed specifically for glute training, the Soft Glute Bench helps you put your best derrière forward.

Benefits of the Soft Glute Bench

  • BUILT FOR GLUTE TRAINING
Hip thrusts are a staple for glute training. But if you’ve got a shorter torso, then the 17-18″ height of a typical weight bench can cause its square-edged pad to dig into your upper back — talk about a pain in the butt back! The Soft Glute Bench on the other hand is specifically designed for glute training with a dedicated focus on hip thrusts. It features a shorter 12.5″ height with a gradual upward slope to support you back as you finish each rep. And thanks to the dense padding with its curved edges and 28.5″ width, you’ll finally feel comfortable enough to push your glute training for those serious booty gains 🍑
  • STURDY & DURABLE DESIGN
If you’ve done hip thrusts using typical benches, then you know the struggle: the backward shifting during your set, the narrow pad and the lack of stability with a lot of weight that can lead to tipping. But the Soft Glute Bench solves ALL of these issues. It weighs in at a hefty 66 pounds and features a large 24″ x 28.5″ footprint, so it stays put during your set. And if that wasn’t enough, the anti-slip cover helps to keep it (and you) glued in place from your first rep to your last. So, in case it isn’t abso-glute-ly clear: this bench has got your back(side) covered.
  • WORK GLUTES & MORE
Yes, yes — the Soft Glute Bench is specifically made for hip thrusts… but that’s not all! Heel-elevated squats, step-ups, and those dreaded Bulgarian split squats can all be done on the Soft Glute Bench to help to round out your glute training. It’s also useful for incline & decline push-ups and when you use carabiners (not included) to attach resistance bands to the d-rings, it unlocks dozens of other banded exercises to your arsenal. Just pair your barbell hip thrusts with a glute loop and you’ll truly learn what it feels like to have your glutes set on fire 🔥

Foam is extremely hard

It’s called a soft glute bench but the foam is extremely hard like concrete. It’s unusable as a glute bench or any exercise where you are laying on it. Such a great design but it’s ruined by the wrong foam being used. Introduce a 2.0 version with the proper foam and you will sell a ton of these!

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Great quality and extremely versatile. Perfect for glute-bridges/hip thrusters but can be used for much, much more! I had tried various other options for glute-bridges, including several rack attachments from other companies, and I was never completely satisfied with any of them. As soon as I tried the BoS Soft Glute Bench for the first time I knew this was exactly what I had been looking for. It checks all the boxes and is used almost every workout for various other movements as well. I couldn’t be happier!
