CAOverall quality is good, knurling is very good and runs across the entire bar. The main issue with this bar is that it runs straight across between the curl bends. This means that for tricep extensions you can't use a close grip like most people prefer to use. I also have the 47" BOS curl bar, if they would have just used the same angles on the bends in this rackable version it would have been perfect.
