Bells of Steel
Last Mile Logistics
If you have a pick-up appointment and are picking up from Bells of Steel you can back up to the dock bays and your items should be waiting for you. Staff have already checked your items for pick-up and are aware you are picking up. If you are picking up from Last Mile Logistics please enter through the blue door and someone will assist you with orchestrating your pick-up.

Local Pickup Information
- After selecting Checkout in your cart, you can select “Calgary Pick Up By Appointment”.
- After completing your online checkout, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed.
- Once your order has been placed you will receive an email to book your time automatically. Please check the email thoroughly as it will have important information to let you know which of our warehouses to book your appointment for.
- You’ll receive a booking confirmation email that confirms your pickup time. If you don’t receive this confirmation email, please check your junk folder.
When You Arrive
- If your pick-up is scheduled at Bells of Steel, you will have to go to the back of the building and your pickup will be at bay door 21. You do not need to inform staff you are picking up your order. If it is at the dock bay, your order has been verified and is ready for pick-up.
- If your pick-up is scheduled at Last Mile Logistics, please enter through the blue door and a staff member will help orchestrate your pick-up.
- Our staff will not be able to help load customer pick-ups, so please bring help if it’s likely that you’ll require it due to the size and/or weight of your items.
- We cannot accommodate pick-ups without a previously scheduled appointment.
- If you miss your appointment, you’ll need to reschedule your pick-up appointment using the initial booking link you were provided.
