The Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell works by having its weight plates loaded on a center rod inside a steel shell. The weight adjustments are done internally (inside the shell), without changing the shell’s size.

To adjust the Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell, use the included Allen key to undo the bottom screw and remove the bottom part of the shell. Loosen the nut using the included hex nut wrench, and swap whatever plates you need. Reverse these steps to reassemble the adjustable kettlebell.

It only takes 1-2 minutes to change the weight of the Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell. Many kettlebell users find that this downtime helps them recover and improved their focus for the next set.

You can make 41 different weight increments using the 12-20.5kg+ adjustable kettlebell: 12kg, 12.5, 13, 13.5, 14, 14.5, 15, 15.5, 16, 16.5, 17, 17.5, 18, 18.5, 19, 19.5, 20, 20.5, 21, 21.5, 22, 22.5, 23, 23.5, 24, 24.5, 25, 25.5, 26, 26.5, 27, 27.5, 28, 28.5, 29, 29.5, 30, 30.5, 31, 31.5, and 32kg.
*You’ll technically have 33.5kg worth of weight if you buy the expansion pack but the 32kg limit still applies. This ensures that it closely aligns with the height of competition kettlebells.

You can make 7 different weight increments using the 6-12kg adjustable kettlebell:
6kg, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12kg.

If you find your Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell rattles in use, you’ll need to buy two separate M24 nuts for this. Screw one nut onto the threaded center column, then add a second nut in direct contact and lock them by counter-screwing them together. Add your plates, then add two more nuts and counter-screw them together as well. Please note that this will make it difficult to loosen the nuts and weight changes will take longer. There’s a slight difference in the weight distribution of the Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell that makes it feel more like a cast kettlebell. However, this is rarely enough of an issue to outweigh its benefits.

If you can’t open your Wildman Adjustable Kettlebell by hand, grab a hammer and lay the bell on something soft like a folded towel. Insert the Allen key into the bottom screw and while holding it in place, firmly strike the long part of the Allen key with the hammer until the screw physically turns. Then, you can loosen the screw with the key by hand to open the stuck shell.
