Great product for the price. Pulleys are smooth, the tower is stable, and the footprint is small for the functionality.
I got two of them and connected them together, which essentially gave me a better functional trainer than other standalones at a similar price point: The weight stack is larger and the dual cable terminals allow for 2:1 or 1:1 pulley ratio. This was a huge selling point for me, as I didn't know until I started really researching cable machines that, on most of them, I was effectively getting half the weight of what was listed on the stack. While the 2:1 is great for smaller muscle groups, it's nice to be able to go really heavy on the compound lifts, as I was getting to a point where I could throw decent weight around, but was worried about injury if I push too close to failure.
Shout out to youtuber/instagrammer guy Matt Rosenman, which essentially sold me on the cable towers, as I literally just copied his setup.
