CAWhether you specifically train Crossfit and Strongman, or just want extra conditioning, it's hard to beat Sandbag Complexes or Carries. This set is an awesome value for the money. Quality is excellent and less expensive than most sandbags. Strongly recommended. I would suggest NOT using the usual "play sand" you get at Home Depot. Instead find a sand/gravel company and get the next "size" of sand up, which is usually labelled sandblasting sand (not the sharp stuff.) We've found after long use that the play sand is so fine it can still find a way "through" the bag.

These bags are amazing! I bought a set of them for carries and loads. It pretty much mimics an atlas ball for loads and I can get so much more uses out of them. Price and quality are on point too. Also, don't let these bags fool you because lifting a sandbag is NOTHING like lifting a barbell. They are heavy dead weight. Choose weights wisely and leave the ego at the door.
