Trying to line up your j-cups perfectly can be a pain in the you-know-what. And unlike many of our competitors, we have lasered numbers every 1-2 holes to make adjustments a breeze. So you can easily change your j-cup height after your widow-maker squat set… because counting is HARD WORK when you can barely breathe.

You are an efficient and optimized MACHINE, that’s why we went with extra precise 1″ hole spacing to make unracking a heavy bar a little easier. After all, every morsel of energy matters when going for that 1lb PR (fractional plates, you da real MVP).
If you train alone, then you know what it’s all about: your own music, no line-ups, and curls in the squat rack. However, it’s essential that you train safely and that’s why every Hydra rack comes with your choice of pin pipe safeties, safety straps, or spotter arms. You should NEVER hesitate to dump a loaded barbell if needed.
The uprights on the Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack measure true 3″ x 3″, which is exactly 76.2mm x 76.2mm with 5/8″ holes.
*The edges of the upright base plates extend by 2.5″ to the front & rear, adding a combined 5″ to the depth of each Four Post Power Rack configuration.
The Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack weighs a minimum of 250lbs when the shortest uprights, cross-pieces and attachments are selected.
When bolted down securely, the Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack’s weight capacity is 1,000lbs.
The steel thickness on the Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack is 11-gauge/2.9mm.
Only attachments designed to fit true 3″ x 3″ uprights are guaranteed to fit on the Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack. Attachments for uprights that measure 75mm x 75mm (often labeled as 3″ x 3″ but are based on the metric system and are actually 2.95″ x 2.95″) will NOT fit on the Hydra rack.
To assemble the Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack, you need two 24mm wrenches (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.
Covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees that the Hydra 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack will not break under normal use, and protects against defects in material, function and workmanship.
USGreat "CAGE"...not many options for >100"...able to add heavy bag due to increased height capability...also added two plate-loaded towers...squat rack on one-side and functional trainer on the opposite...complete walk through system. Stay safe.

CanadaGreat experience. Found everything I needed to get the home gym off the ground. The YouTube videos for building everything was really helpful and quality is exactly what I would expect. I bought 2x barenaked bars, the 4 post hydra, buzzsaw bench and a couple other attachments and safeties to round it out. Would definitely recommend.
