If a workout of heavy squats gives you the Elvis Presley rubber legs, then you’ll love these knee sleeves. Their 7mm thick design offers firm support for heavy lifting, and their tapered fit keep them from slipping down between sets. They’re ideal for squats, leg presses, lunges and box step-ups — especially for higher-volume workouts (did someone say Widowmaker Squats?). That said, you can use them for any lower-body lift when you want more knee support, so you can hit your sets at full throttle.
SIZING MADE EASY
Like our Elbow Sleeves, getting the right fit of knee sleeves ain’t rocket science and only takes a minute. With your leg straight, measure around your leg at the middle of your kneecap. Then, use our Sizing Chart to see your recommended size which will be a regular fit that offers noticeable support. Simply size down from the recommended size if you’d prefer a tighter fit gives you a competition-level of compression for a better *boing* out of the hole on your squats.
SLIDE INTO KNEE SUPPORT
Whether you’re attempting a new 1-rep max or going for a 10-rep PR (holy cardio), these sleeves will give you the support you (k)need. And putting them on is easy peasy — just slide em’ up! If you go with the tight fit, here’s what to do: slide one over your foot and fold it in half. Pull it up to your knee and then roll the folded part up over your thigh, adjusting for personal preference. CAGreat knee sleeves and best costumer experience
I looked at ”how to measure knee sleeve size” my knees are 16 3/4” so I ordered XL 17-18” but it was impossible to put them on. I emailed BoS and they shipped me XXL with no hassle and were damn friendly. I have naturally huge legs (not fat) and if you are the type that struggle to find jeans that fit good then I suggest you extra size up.

These knee sleeves are a great fit. Originally I sized down which was a mistake for me. Luckily the bells of steel customer service is phenomenal. The knee sleeves are excellent quality at a great price point. I highly recommend.
