Every BikeErg includes the powerful Performance Monitor (PM5) to provide detailed, objective data from each ride. It offers an automatic “Just Ride” mode and allows you to set up a variety of workouts. Check out your pace, watts, cadence (rpm) and Calories — all stored automatically. The PM5 uses power from 2 D-cell batteries whenever it is not being powered by the flywheel.
The powerful Performance Monitor (PM5) connects via Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless to link with many heart rate monitors, fitness devices a wide range of apps — like the free app ErgData. Then, you’re just a lap away from syncing with the Concept2 Online Logbook or connecting to another app like Zwift.
On this indoor bike trainer, the seat and handlebar positions are easily adjusted. Set the seat height with the secure and easy tool-free ratcheting system, then get a truly custom fit by tweaking the seat’s tilt and adjusting its position forward or back. Move the handlebars vertically and horizontally and with three different handlebar riding options, you can easily find the perfect setting for you.
