This adjustable utility bench has a respectable 575lb total capacity. Not massive by any means, but strong enough for most exercises in your home gym.
It might sound crazy but missing one leg is ideal for a bench. When there’s only 1 leg/post in the front, your feet have more freedom to tuck backward — making it easier to generate leg drive while you bench.

Unlike other benches that rely on a carefully-machined pop-pin, our adjustable utility bench uses an intuitive ladder for back pad angle selections. This makes adjustments as easy as possible for you (or your clients).

USThe bench is very light so maneuvering it around my small space is pretty doable. It's pretty sturdy and the cushioning is thick and grippy. The only improvement I would like on this particular bench would be some type of foothold for using the decline. The angle is good but I wind up grappling the handle with my ankles to keep from sliding off. They of course make a bench that already has this. I dont use decline enough to care.

CAWe've had it for a few weeks. Seems solid and well built. Quick delivery instructions could be simplified, but overall took me 30 min to put together.
