To use the D-Handle Bar, join one of the center holes onto the end of a cable using a carabiner. Then, attach your preferred cable attachments to each side with included carabiners, evenly spacing them from the center. Alternatively, slide the D-Handle Bar over the sleeve of a barbell that’s placed in a landmine attachment. Clip on your handle attachments, and perform your landmine rows with unparalleled adjustability.
Olympic barbells and axle bars are compatible with the center sleeve diameter of the D-Handle Bar.
The d-handles that work best with the D-Handle Bar are the adjustable nylon handles because they’re able to rotate better and have more length adjustments than welded d-handles.
The machines that work best with the D-Handle Bar are single-cable units, like lat pulldown machines, lat pulldown rack attachments, and single cable pulleys.
Yes, functional trainers are compatible with the D-Handle Bar and works great when used on a single side (only 1 weight stack). However, the D-Handle is too short to connect both weight stacks together by clipping the cables on opposite ends of the D-Handle
It depends. Cable towers that use a single-cable system are compatible with the D-Handle Bar. Cable towers that use a dual-cable system can technically be compatible if you join the cables using a 2-to-1 cable adapter, but the D-Handle Bar will always try to swivel using a standard carabiner — a spinning carabiner would work great, though.

The D-Handle Bar is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which guarantees that it will not break under normal use and protects against defects in material, function and workmanship.
CAVery functional piece. I saw early reviews mentioning low quality and sloppy finish but I was impressed at the thickness of the steel and smooth finish. Only drawbacks are the carabiners are annoying to use as they're quite stiff and the powder coat scratches easily. Overall very happy with the product for the price.
