- Set up your screen to get ready for the workout. There are three settings that you can choose from – 10/20 interval, 20/10 interval and Custom Interval.
- Push the pedal to get the screen to turn on. The console displays RPM, speed, interval times, distance, calories, watts, and heart rate.
- We recommend that you can start at least a 3-minute warm-up on the bike.
- Start your sprint in 20 seconds, and ride as aggressively as you can.
- Rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
