A rock-solid light commercial grade powerlifting flat bench at an affordable price, the Powerlifting Flat Bench boasts a beefy 1,000lb max capacity, grippy 4" thick pad, and 3-point foot design so you can tuck your feet and power your next PR.
Beefier than the Flat Utility Bench but not as swole as the Hero Heavy-Duty Weight Bench, this is the Goldilocks of flat benches. Use the convenient handle and wheels to move your bench out of the way when not in use, or bolt it down for extra stability.
The bench frame now includes precision-drilled 5/8" holes, and if used as a fixed bench station, these holes double as sneaky storage. Mount a couple of Utility Hooks along the spine, and voilà — your Loadable Dumbbells suddenly have a tidy little home… They grow up so fast! *sniffle*
It features new premium, stickier vinyl that’s even more durable than the original cover. So go ahead, bench confidently without sliding around mid-set or having your bench pad disintegrate faster than our New Year's resolutions.

I already had an adjustable bench which is fine for doing flat movements but the one I have is slightly narrow and has a taper toward the top. I wanted a more powerlifting oriented bench that had a wider and denser pad.
I went with Bells of Steel because I had purchased their loadable dumbbells previously and was really happy with the quality, especially at the price I paid.
My experience with this bench has been the exact same.
The assembly was simple and instructions easy to follow. Though I will say there’s a QR code on the instructions that links you to a product assembly page, but the only thing there are the time of this review is for the belt squat. The included paper instructions were more than adequate though.
The pad is exactly what I wanted. It’s dense but comfortable and has plenty of grip.
I love the three post design and how I can easily stand it upright out of the way.
I was surprised at how light it is an easy to move around despite it appearing bigger.
And lastly, I love how the posts have 5/8 holes. I haven’t found any clever hacks or uses yet but the fact they exist is awesome and hope to open up some possibilities.
This is just a personal preference and in no way detracts from my opinion of the product but it would be cool if there was something on the top of the pad to help protect it when standing up just so it doesn’t tear.
Overall awesome bench, would highly recommend.

I’ve had this bench for just over 3 years and I love it. The vinyl is grippy, the pad is a nice width without being too wide, and the firmness is perfect with a thickness and density that’s comfortable without being too soft or too hard. I prefer the 3 leg design as my feet are never banging off of anything while I’m getting set up for a bench.
