The split squat roller is a really inexpensive way to makes it really easier to do split squats. They already are a pain to do, but not having to have a complicated setup or use a bench that's too high is really great.

I love this attachment! I was having a hard time doing Bulgarian split squats on a bench. I could never get my foot right. This attachment is great as I can adjust the height that’s best for me and the roller is comfortable.

Nice accessory to my bells of steel commercial power rack Used to use a bench to accomplish this exercise but the roller is definitely more comfortable hands down , more focus on the burn in my legs instead of the awkward and uncomfortable pain in my ankle !!!
Well made with care. Rugged. I obviously use it for bulgarian split squat. However, this can be used also for back extension and bicep curls. So, it is very versatile. One thing this leg roller could be improved would be to make it rollable, to make it more comfortable on the leg in contact with the roller as one goes up and down from the squat.
It is a great piece the padding is very comfortable
