The Blitz Air Rower is an economical indoor rowing machine that offers a joint-friendly, full-body workout with a wide range of training potential. Casually row along to build cardiovascular endurance, or HIIT it hard to torch calories.
This low-impact cardio machine has a lower impact than running and skipping, so it's ideal for people with joint issues. The air-powered flywheel and adjustable damper give you control over the intensity of your workout-the harder you row, the more resistance you'll get.
The ergonomic design and adjustable footrests make it easy to use, and the quick disassembly and front-mounted wheels make it easier to put away after your sweat session.
Version 2: Features an additional carabiner clip, so you can swap out the default handle for any cable attachment.

I've had the rower about a week and a half now and have used it a half dozen times. It was easy to put together, took less than 20 minutes. All of the parts feel solid and the action on the rower is smooth. I sync with the Kino app, so I haven't used the console itself much. Overall I'm very happy with it and it was much cheaper than the C2 in Canada.

Very solid machine that feels durable and comparable to any other of the top rowers on the market.
The one area this could be improved is the display. There are no quick links for intervals, distance etc. They can be accessed via selecting a combination of buttons but it is not intuitive or quick. This is limiting in you wanted to work distance/calorie work into a broader workout. There is integration to an app as well but this doesn't help with the quick start options.
Otherwise a solid machine that feels like it will last.

I’m very familiar with the concept 2 rower. The Blitz rower is that, minus $500. I do “follow along” workouts on YouTube, and they’re typically using a concept 2. The metrics are comparable, all that really matters is stroke rate and your perceived effort or 500m split time anyway, and that seems pretty consistent across different machines. Unless you want to be on the concept 2 leaderboards or do competitive CrossFit contests that require you to use the concept 2, I see no reason why you would buy one instead of the Blitz rower.
