This is a great attachment for weighted Dips, Pull ups and leg raises. Easy to assemble and attach/remove from my pulley cable towers. A very affordable attachment for upper body workouts.

CAGood product great people
Even tho this is a product review it’s kinda irrelevant, all their stuff I’ve purchased and thats about 10+ items have been flawless in materials and QC.
