The B.o.S. steel Swiss bar helps develop the strength in your triceps to lockout big weights. Due to the neutral handles on the bar it can also be an ideal alternative to those who cannot perform standard bench press because of mobility or pain issues.

Swiss Bar Review
I've been using this bar for just under 2 weeks now. It's a sturdy high quality bar. The knurled is good but it's not epic. It was a really quick delivery and these guys continue to be fantastic to work with.
Glad you love it!
Swiss Bar Review
Bar arrived in good shape. Been using this bar for over two months now for bench pressing, overhead presses and tricep work. It's a light bar approx 20 lbs or 9 kg and I would rate the knurling as light. If your looking to load this bar up with huge weight and dropping it from chest height get something else more heavy duty. I've loaded this bar with 350 lbs with no issues but I'm also NOT dropping it. For the price point this bar is great value for your money.
Hey Steve! Thanks for the review! Love the versatility of this bar and the different exercises you can hit with it!
This is a great little bar, and the quality is awesome. The hand spacing is perfect for me, and presses on this bar feel great on my bad shoulder. Price is great too!
Spencer, thanks for the review! The swiss bar is a great tool to use when dealing with injuries. Hope the shoulder is healing up!
Very easy to order from, very fast delivery, made shopping easy?
Thank you for the review Suzanne!
