Swiss Bar Review

I've been using this bar for just under 2 weeks now. It's a sturdy high quality bar. The knurled is good but it's not epic. It was a really quick delivery and these guys continue to be fantastic to work with.

Awesome Bar!

This is a great little bar, and the quality is awesome. The hand spacing is perfect for me, and presses on this bar feel great on my bad shoulder. Price is great too!


A new trap bar for my home gym.

I like using the trap bar as a means to add volume to my dead lift training. My girlfriend has also enjoyed using the trap bar in her training as she finds the trap bar a little less technically challenging. As for the bar itself it seems to be very well constructed. The knurling in the grips it provides for a very nice secure grip but doesn't destroy your hands. I am pretty happy with this purchase. Also the bells of steel team went out of their way to ship this item. It was listed as an item on back order, but they were able to source one that was available and shipped it to me right away!
