Great quality bands

Got a pair of the blue bands. These things look great and the quality looks like it's there. They definitely look like they'll last longer then just rubber bands.

Hybrid Fabric and Latex Resistance Bands For Powerlifting and Bodyweight Assistance Exercises.

Resistance bands are a cheap, space saving and supremely versatile tool that should be inside every home and commercial gym. We’ve designed bands that are a blend of latex and fabric and sewn into a loop with extra reinforced stitching at the connection point. We did this because it makes for a superior band for three reasons:

  1. No peeling and less prone to snaps without a doubt if your gym’s got bands, it’s got ones that are peeling, badly. This happens because regular resistance bands are layered and over time, the layers start coming apart.
  2. Smoother resistance regular latex bands are extraordinarily jerky, making getting in and out of an assisted band pull up reminiscent of trying to put on skinny jeans. Our bands are smoother and much less snappy, making for a superior lifting experience.
  3. Grippy and slippy on one side of the band there are additional grippers sewn in, so the bands will stick to your barbell better when doing squats. The other side is pure fabric, which results in less pinching/pulling hairs when doing bodyweight movements

If you’re unfamiliar with awesomeness od resistance bands, there are three magical things people love to use them for:

  1. Banded exercises tricep press-downs, face pulls, even banded good mornings bands add an absolute arsenal of exercises to your workouts.
  2. Bodyweight assistance when learning any bodyweight movement like pull-ups, it can be super difficult to go from not being able to do a pull up, to being able to do one. By looping a resistance band over a pull up bar and putting your feet in it, it acts like a rubber band to assist you. Not just pull ups either, GHR’s, push ups, dips and more.
  3. Barbell resistance a lot of weight training programs, especially conjugate ones will call for added band resistance on your barbell. This creates more resistance at the top of the squat/bench/etc where you are strongest, and less resistance at the bottom of the lift where you are weakest.

Sizing and resistance.

Our fabric bands are about 10% less resistance than the usual color standard, see below for suggested use.

Orange XL Band 
Is recommended for advanced athletes and can be used for exercises like bench press, rack pulls, squats, and so on. It can be used either by itself or by attaching it to barbells, free weights or machines.

The 41″ Blue Strong Band 
Is recommended for advanced athletes and can be used for upper body exercises like bench press, and rack pulls by advanced athletes and for lower body and other exercises like squat, leg press and so on. It can be used either by itself or by attaching it to barbells, free weights or machines. Primarily used for adding weight to power lifts.

The 41″ Green Average Band 
Is the ideal band for assisted chin ups or other assisted bodyweight movements> It can be used for various upper body exercises, (for stronger athletes) and lower body strengthening exercises. It can be used either by itself or by attaching it to barbells, free weights or machines. It is also used for stretching routines for stronger athletes. This band is also a good size for general use and for adding resistance to people from 140 to 200 pounds for body movements.

The 41″ Purple Light Band 
Can be used for various upper body strengthening exercises either by itself or by attaching it to barbells, free weights or machines. It is also used for stretching routines as well as for lower body work for lighter athletes. Good choice as a general use band and specifically for adding resistance to people under 180 pounds during walks, high knees, or sprints.

The 41″ Black Monster Mini Band
Can be used for various upper body strengthening exercises either by itself or by attaching it to barbells, free weights or machines. It is also used for stretching routines as well as for lower body work for lighter athletes. Good choice as a general use band and specifically for adding resistance to people under 140 pounds during walks, high knees, or sprints.

The 41″ Red Mini Band
Typically used in rehab/prehab movements (like rotator cuff exercises) and can be used by itself or by attaching it to barbells, free weights or machines. It is also used for stretching routines as well as for lower body work for lighter athletes.

The 41″ White Skinny Band
A super low resistance, used in rehab/prehab movements (like rotator cuff exercises) and can be used as an introduction to band resisted training.

  • Made of latex/fabric blend for long-lasting durability, does not peel or pinch like latex bands

  • Extra grippers for looping over your barbell, with s totally soft exterior for no-pinch bodyweight assistance
