If you don’t have space or money for a full pulley attachment than this is the perfect solution for turning your power rack/pull up bar/anything you can fit it on into a lean mean pulley machine. A heavy duty ab/tricep strap and loading pin is included and can be used for ab crunches, tricep press downs, lat pulldowns and with a 200kg/440lb max weight load, really anything else your programming calls for.
