Excellent. The quality of this band is top notch. It is a lot nicer than rubber type bands which tend to catch on the hairs of my legs and can be difficult to get on. This band looks like it will last. Resistance level is good.

Love the glute loop. It's a strong band and gives me the resistance I need to get my glutes and hips warmed up for squats, lunges, and deadlifts. I also use it with my clients 6-8 hours a day in the gym, and it's super durable. The materials are strong and I can tell it will last a long time. My clients like it so much that they have purchased their own!For the price and the shipping speed, you can't go wrong. Every gym should have at least a dozen of these for their athletes and members to use in their warm-ups.I give it 5-stars!

Game Changer! I love my Glute Loop the quality and resistance it provides. In the past I have only used the latex type resistance bands and they do not offer enough resistance as well as ripping your skin with every move!
