Oh, and don’t forget the few hundred dollars you’ll need to buy one. But with the Camber Bar Attachment, you can transform your favourite Olympic barbell into a cambered bar in seconds! Just slide them over the sleeves of your bar, lock them in place with the threaded bolt, and add your weight plates to the camber bar sleeves. And when not in use, they store away in the corner to keep the chaos contained 🧹

    Traditional camber bars allow the weight plates to swing, which puts your stabilizing muscles into overdrive, and this instability helps you develop better control and coordination for your regular barbell lifts. But the Camber Bar Attachment is in a league of its own. There are TWO sets of bushings in motion (one on your bar and the attachment), so using them is even harder than a classic camber bar.
