Through some craft DIY engineering, we’ve rigged up an attachment solution to save you time and space. By combining our lever arm attachment, belt squat belt and plate pegs, you get a fully functional belt squat solution that plugs into any of our latest power racks (light commercial 5 and 5.1, residential 4.1, utility rack, super yoke and the Brute 2.1).
On top of that, the belt squat power rack attachment components can be used as standalone versions, you get a pair of lever arms, a pair of storage pegs and a belt squat belt.

No upper body
The belt squat totally removes stress on your spine and upper body from the equation, allowing you to just train your lower body. Even a leg press still places a load on your torso, taking the weight off your torso allows you to give your upper body a break, or even work around injuries.
The belt squat really emphasizes hip extension resulting in excellent glute activation, which will ensure your buns will be as jacked as your guns.
