Why did you start your own home gym?
During Covid, all gyms shut down and we started working out at home so I decided to invest in a home gym, the best decision I’ve made.
What are your current fitness goals?
My goal is to deadlift 500lbs, squat 405lbs, and bench 315lbs.
What program are you following?
I am a personal trainer so I make my own programming.

I love using the Lever arms for belt squats and Viking press.
