with the Belt Squat / Lever Arm Rack Attachment.

By combining our Lever Arms, Plate Pegs, and Dip Belt, you get a fully functional belt squat solution that plugs into any of our current power racks.

Benefits of the Belt Squat / Lever Arm Rack Attachment

The belt squat exercise shifts the load to your hips, resulting in zero spinal loading. This means that you can squat without needing to use your upper body. Taking the weight off your torso allows you to give your upper body a break or even work around nagging injuries.
Taking up minimal space, this Belt Squat / Lever Arm Rack Attachment is perfect for home gym enthusiasts. If you leave your Lever Arms attached when not in use, converting them into a lean, mean belt squatting machine is simple: simply pop off the end cap, lock in your Belt Squat Belt and attach your Plate Peg. Ready, set, squat!
A huge benefit to the Belt Squat / Lever Arm Rack Attachment is that the included components can be used as standalone versions — you get a pair of Lever Arms, a pair of Plate Pegs and a Belt Squat Belt. Rows, high pulls, presses and Romanian deadlifts are all possible with it.

Tons of Applications

This has been my favorite accessory since the dumbbell. Use the lever arms for belt squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls, etc. etc. So glad BoS has this option for their racks

Works Great

I bought this because I wanted a belt squat and the lever arms were just going to be a bonus. With that said as far as affordability goes there is nothing else that is going to beat this lever arm and belt squat combo. Many rack attachment belt squats cost much more than this by itself! There may be a couple of brands that are cheaper than this one that you could buy but it only comes with the belt squat. The belt squat itself works great and it comes with everything you need, one thing I was unsure about was the chain and carabiners because they were not listed online, I assure you it comes with both. Whenever you start to go too heavy it will pull you forward some but you can just back the weight off some. Another thing is that it comes with two weight posts and you can actually put both on top and have 45's on each, no problem. I am so glad I got this because my joints and nervous system get worn out from doing barbell squats, these seriously tire you out 75% less while keeping the natural movement of a squat compare to a leg press because leg presses always feel like they are a weird angle to me. Also, the lever arms work great for dead lifts, shoulder presses, and even incline bench presses. You just have to get a little creative with the incline presses. Some critiques I have is that the shipping was weird. Every time I tried to check the tracking number it never had any info available. Then my order ended getting to me in like four separate shipments but I was never informed that was going to happen so each time one came in I thought I was still missing pieces. Next, there is a pretty good bit of lateral instability with these. It doesn't seem to matter when being used as a belt squat but it definitely does when implemented as lever arms. They can actually move over almost a whole inch to the left or right, which doesn't seem to be much of a problem unless I am using them on my incline bench variation, then the instability can become problematic. But im sure with a little ingenuity I can figure something out to help stablize them. Overall if you are looking for an affordable solution this is your bet. If the best of the best quality for lever arms or belts squats is what your looking for this is not the right choice, but if you are looking for the best of either of those be prepared to pay almost 10x's more.
