I'd like to pick up my order locally in Calgary, can I come to your store and pay there?

 

Our gym, pick up location and store front  is located in the North East Soccer centre within the Strive High Performance training centre

Call in advance or drop by to be sure your product is in stock. If not, you can order it in for pick up by:

 

1. Select your item from the store

2. Add it to your cart, and click on "proceed to checkout"

3. Fill out details and select "local pick up" as your shiping method.

Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping to Canada and the U.S.A.

How do I get a shipping quote?

We have an integrated shipping tool built into the site, to get a real time shipping quote to your area do the following:

    1. Click “add to cart”

    2. Click “view or edit my cart”

    3. You will land on “Your shopping cart”. Below the “Subtotal” you will see an underlined “Estimate shipping & taxes” click on it.

    4. Enter your Province and Postal code, or State and Zip Code then click “Estimate Shipping & Taxes”

    5. Bulk/freight shipping is also available, and will save you money. Please contact us for inquiries.


How long will my order take to be delivered?

Western Canada

As soon as 1 business day, maximum of 5 business days

Eastern Canada

As soon as 5 business day maximum of 8 business days

Atlantic Provinces

As soon as 7 business days, maximum of 11 business days

USA

As soon as 7 business days, maximum of  20 business days

Why can I only select "Self Pick Up" for a shipping option?

 If you are ordering from a country outside of Canada or the USA we do not (as of yet) ship there, and the shipping option will default to "Self Pick Up".

Alternatively, if your order is over 80KG's the shipping option will default to "Self Pick Up". Please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Is there a handling fee?

Please Yes, $7.50 will be added to each order, this is a one off fee and is the same regardless of 1 item or 10 items.

Where are you located?

Our head office and Strongman club is located in Calgary, Alberta, and prices are based on F.O.B. from Calgary. However, we have operations across Canada with local dealers in Vancouver, B.C., Kelowna, B.C, Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB, London, ON, and Saskatoon, SK (please note local pick up prices will vary from location due to shipping costs, but because dealers ship in bulk you will always save by buying from a local dealer rather than paying for individual piece shipping).

Will I have to pay brokerage fees and duties when ordering in Canada?

No, we are la Canadian company and all equipment is in Canadian dollars and is shipped from within the country.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, or 14 days for store an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You will have to drop off the package at your nearest Fedex depot. Once the package has come back, you will receive your refund.

 

Opened goods returned will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, this is due to the fact that once opened, the equipment will be sold at a reduced rate.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
